Pillow shading is a lack of a clear angle of the light source, in near every case like this (your pic related) light is practically hitting the surface of the body from more than one define location. Pic related. You need to make sure never to draw shadows around the outer parts of the body, that's beginning artist for "I don't know shit what I'm doing" and should go do some actual studying of what you're trying to get down before actually doing it.
