So how do chinese train their people in drawing? It seems that they improve a lot faster even if their turns out to be generic shit.

I'd rather take that approach instead of "mastering it in a decade", because "mastery takes time". How can you believe this shit when you see people get good in a couple of years? I want to know how chinese get better faster aside from drawing 8 hours instead of 4, because that is not the only thing that makes them better.
