her proportions look okay? is her head too small? how about her arm? the arm feels big to me, but i have a tendency to make em way too small. i know her feet are tiny but that's on purpose.

yeah, too abrupt. you're asking the viewer to fill in too many steps of action. i think what's tripping you up is the posing in panel one and four -- very fap friendly but so off from the actions in the surrounding panels. if you want to keep those i think you need to add panels between panel one and two, and between four and five.
