been drawing consistently since I was 8-9, but with the intent to "get gud" since I was 14-15, so for 12-13 years total, but for 6-7 years seriously.

only started to get gud within the past 3ish years, tho lmao

A lot of things, but asymmetry adds *tons* of character to faces, whether it's different eyebrow positions, a crooked smile, 1 eye squinting. Depending on execution, you can make some really soulful art without tons of skill in other departments (line quality, competition, etc etc)
