Alright,some tips I found to be true

>coffee is a given

>don't masturbate(if you really have to,do it once a week and before bed,so your body can recover)

>don't take meds(mostly anxiety related,they kill imagination,literally)

>force yourself to draw,do 30min or gestures. to wake you up

>if you get frustrated take a break and go outside.

>don't draw more than 40/60 min. straight
