I... guess that makes a bit more sense, though I don't really see how going from softer to harder would be damaging in the long run.

But alas, here you go. This is basically what I had in mind for the harsher lighting. If you have any suggestions to change it I'd love to hear them (no sarcasm). I'm thinking of changing it up to give the abs more definition but I'm note sure where I could go with it.
