If you asked me about AGI a few weeks ago I would say it would come in a decade or two for sure. But now AGI is clearly the next goal for IT industry as we have all these multibillionaire techies openly aiming their code howitzers at us in a gold rush competition of who gets to completely replicate human creativity in a machine first, all the while partnering with rulers of the world to make ends meet so idk what will happen even in 5 years from now.
You can't make profits, you can only take them from someone's pockets in this world, and now they're going for a last push to turn us all into dependent consumers at once. We are truly living in the last free times
