Holly shit this is some /pol/ level take your meds level of shit/schizo posting. I can get the trolling and doom posting is obnoxious but I would counter that by stop getting baited and sage/report and have something of skin (more on that).
The AI has NO IP whatsoever in its model (unless you count names), names are simple word associations so the user has a meaningful language to communicate with the AI. At no step in the process does the AI take a single pixel of an existing work to its own. Knowing this you now realize the AI isn't a "lel funny image generator" but actual first and foremost a language interpreter with image generation being a side effect output.

Also the biggest problem with /ic/ right now (and other art communities) is that you are all (generalization*) absolutely terrified of failure. You are so terrified that you actually ACTIVELY convince other people to stop before they even begin not realizing that is not how you learn. Your inability to critique yourself and others is bound your own emotional limitations. The AI is winning (or at least you think it is) because it has no ego or ambition it simply does what it thinks it's *right* and then if it fails or is wrong LEARNS from it's mistake and continues on. This is just with art it even goes into non-abstract occupations and skills, the techbros and the AI mogg you because they have a system that allows to improve on their failure from an objective POV.
