I don't really know how to 'loosen' if that makes sense, my process is as follows

>blob / some boxes to get a shape I find interesting
>model in 3d if its something with perspective using an blank figure
>make something similar using a screenshot of my model as reference, construct everything needed
>end up with previous pic related

Nearly all of my works have ended up the same and I have only a single piece I'd consider appealing (made pp react) and subsequently that was my work with the most amount of likes on x etc

Box / cylinder construction
I've done many 3dpd body studies
Stylized body studies
Anatomy studies (Identifying knowing regions etc)
Hundreds on faces of my fav artist
Followed multiple IC shill books (vilpuu, loomis, perspective made easy)


I really want to use your advice and make even a few appealing pieces. I've been drawing now for maybe 1.2years or something
