Don't be afraid to push the gestures early on. The more you clean up the drawing, it will stiffen up a bit, so it's good to go loose when you can.
I'd say, let the up close pony be more zoomed in while the other one more zoomed out. Play with the perspective a bit to be slightly more dynamic. Or that's how I feel, anyways.
