That painting is that great, the snow looks like plastic, real snow doesn't leave a path like that especially when it's currently snowing
The colour of the environment is too blue, where is all that blue coming from? it looks like he just put a blue overlay layer across the whole image to make it more colourful, it doesn't make the environment look cold at all
The trees look copied and pasted, if it's snowing why would the trees have leaves? (I know some trees have leaves in the winter but those are rare)
Why are there swords by the tree? it's distracting and tells no story
It's not clear who the good or bad guy is out of those two people
Why are there torches outside like that? who's setting up torches? they will blow out in a few minutes, also in wind like that the fire would be blown way more than that, it's very easy to blow fire

And overall this whole image is boring, it's got no story to it, it's so generic I'd have to struggle to make something so boring.
I used to enjoy concept art but it's just so uninspired
