>no real interest in the results.
If you actually think that you're pretty fucking uppity and probably should dial down with the whole "critiquing" meme. Such a contemptuous thing to say when you expect people to value your dipshit opinion.
>you basically cut away the part that would usually be the most important aspect.
I mean I'm actually saving the "most important aspect" for the time in the project when I've learned "as much as I could" first. All paintings are in production. They are all part of the same project if u dig muh drift.

And part of what I find silly about /ic/ is everyone thinks that critique means putting on your monocle and mumbling the same 5 memecrits while you talk about a bunch of shit like you're doing a retrospective.

I'd be nice if anons would LITERALLY EVER actually make practical, applicable suggestions for how to actually improve. Instead it's all your shit where it's just these useless vagaries about why I'm a faggot. Be cool to get hints and tipz on brushes and paints and canvasses and mixatives and painting techniques or literally anything other than the same thing that you just said. But no one knows shit about painting so it's just "I'm not interested in results" or whatever knownothing nonsense.

Thanks for the thoughts though

This is the career. I'm retired at the end of the race. Now or never bb.

And seriously that's the challenge of acrylic layering. You spend basically the entire time working on what it will EVENTUALLY look like. Requires an amount of foresight and planning and patience and stuff that is taken for granted when it's well executed.

idk you can see how it normally goes here
