For gesture, construction, anatomy and such Proko is a safe bet, his anatomy courses are recommended around here so you could try that.

As for pen and ink, Alphonso Dunn has lot of stuff regarding the cross hatching technique and how to work with the medium, don't know if his book is available here but if not check the artbook thread for other options >>3245999
