I have a Huion and it´s fine, I probably wouldn´t buy another one though. It´s cheap china stuff and that´s exactly what you´ll get. No issues with software or hardware.

If you are going to use watercolor for graphic instead of painting without support of other media (like chinese traditional art), this shit is going to be hard because is takes some real skill to git gut with brushwork.
If you are going to use watercolor combined with inkwork, use waterproof ink or liners.
If you want to paint, don't use fucking black.
Don't take colors straight from pans, use separate piece of paper as palette to mix needed colors with needed amount of water.
Use transparency and white of paper to your advantage.
Remember that water is your tool just as much as paints themselves.
