/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

Anybody wanna critique or redline this? I can't tell if there's anything wrong other than what's obvious, but I get the feeling that something could be worked on. I just don't think my perceptive skills are high enough yet to see it.

I tried my damnedest to make her right foot look good but it's hard from this angle ;_;

Also, what works for ya'll on getting proportions right, other than just grinding it out? I've been breaking down poses and checking them with the refs.
