Hey, Rad! You should check & make some notes on facial proportions- you keep placing people's eyes too high up on their forehead while in reality you want to put the eyes in the middle of the face, or a little lower if you're going for cute. You should avoid forehead eyes unless you want to draw characters that are big bulky bruiser-type men. Avoid harsh edges.
The eye that's further away in a 3/4th view also doesn't get smaller in EVERY way, but rather "squishes" horizontally.
I like your technique, but something to keep in mind is that you want the skin & shading to be smooth and subtle when painting women, and that skin isn't one color only. Study pictures of real people.
Your pictures might also benefit from using more saturated shadows to give your pictures some life in some places - your current use of shadows gives a muddy impression.
