yeah of course but its a once in a while thing. i think the focus should be on anatomy and getting proportions right. once you have that capability in a sketch setting, then practice inking and coloring.

and i think sketching should encombas the entire figure. not just a bunch of disconnected heads

this is the kind of sketch that i go for. no ink, full figure
