You shouldn't be focusing on "stylizing" when you're still a beginner. Also, two people now have provided you with resources/advice and you have rejected them. You CLEARLY aren't looking to improve, you're just looking to complain. The only person who can help you is yourself. You have to be willing to seek improvement, grow and change, otherwise you will NEVER get better.
Pic related is an image I made to demonstrate that even anime characters have the same proportions of people. On the left is a Danganronpa character and the right is part of an Andrew Loomis book demonstrating the proportions of the human head. The bottom of the ears still lines up with the bottom of the nose, the top of the ears lines up with the eyebrows. On yours, it doesn't.
You're probably underage so you take people trying to help you as some kind of "personal attack" when there is nothing personal about someone saying, "This looks like shit, go practice using these resources."
I am a beginner just like you, so, anyone else can correct me if I am wrong here. Another thing I am going to recommend if you're going to be copying from a reference is to draw "guidelines" for yourself like in the picture to the right. I selected this one because you're a fucking gaywad. Don't draw these over the picture itself. Eventually, once you have done this enough, you can train your mind to look for landmarks that are the same size as other landmarks and you won't need to draw the guidelines anymore.
This also isn't to say only ever copy shit from reference, copy shit from reference, then apply it to your drawings from imagination.
Honestly, this is probably helping me and other people in this thread a lot more than you, because you refuse to listen to reason.
