I doodle in class a bunch but it was hardly any good practice. I probably got through a few beginning levels so I didn’t ever have to look at my art and be entirely disgusted. Mostly it was just heads and terrible bodies.

At 21 I started getting serious. I think I have drawn every day since then trying to build up my anatomy and gesture. More recently I have been working on perspective. This is the last thing I have drawn.
