Nah, it’ll be a crutch and give you some fatal errors:

>Same proportions, limited imagination from only using a single detailed ref (if you’re studying skeletons, for example, make sure you study Male, female, children, primates, Neanderthals etc)
>muscles don’t flex together, giving you unconvincing, contrived stances
>even if you do learn how the shoulder blades retract etc, the model will be limited to very boring poses. No Jojo posing for you, and no sense of momentum. This WILL hamper you. Gesture trumps anatomy
