after a while you just sort of see the reiley method without having to "use it". It's just a set of relationships between the parts of the face.

to be honest that image is all you need. Do face studies and try to draw those lines overtop the face and take note of what they're supposed to represent. Do this maybe a few times a day when you are studying and it will be difficult to not see it everywhere.
