You have a lot of potential, but I'd recommend looking at reference, or even doing some loomis heads and placing the features, I did a quick paintover to show you what needed adjusting. I tried not to edit too much of the base of the style (though I am a sucker for eye shines)

Form studies, loomis heads, and facial form studies would do you a lot of good.
