Absolute /beg/ here who started drawing just yesterday, mainly because of this guy's character designs:

How do i go about learning a similar style? Do i just trace his art until i can do my own? I've noticed that people recommend Vilppu a lot, but it seems his videos lean more towards realistic anatomy, does his stuff still apply to such a cartoonish style?
