So just came back to art from 2 months of not drawing. I wanted to do some studies of female faces. I only did the one showed.... The first try is me just trying to wing it and try and match as best as I could with sight and stuff. After that i did the 2nd one where I tried to instead trace and see where my work was off... But it just looks like nightmare fuel. Like I know my first try isn't even decent but how the fuck does my trace attempt not even look 1% human. Am I fucked? I literally don't know how to go about improving either... anyone got any pointers or advice? I'm all ears thanks guys
