Does anything feel off about the eyes? Maybe I'm just paranoid but I wanna check before officially posting it. My last attempt looked a bit cross eyed >>3312211

The first thing you should do is check if the aspect ratio of your tablet is properly aligned with your monitor's. Go into the Wacom Tablet Properties > Mapping and make sure "Force Proportions" is checked.

Second thing is that most older versions of Photoshop don't have any stabilization, so that might be a factor.

Besides these, getting used to a tablet takes some time and feels extremely weird at first, but once you get the hang of it it'll come naturally and your lines should be better then.
