I have and have had multiple accounts simultaneously, currently have two just to experiment.
It honestly really forces you to actively think about how you draw, because if you want to have multiple accounts, you also must do different styles which will in turn help you develop and really think about artistic skill.
On the biz side;
It really depends on what kind of porn you draw because that says a lot about the person, even then, most companies don't really care about hiring or commissioning a nsfw artist as long as they don't draw hardcore fetish stuff and the work is good or what the company is looking for.
>what if people make the connection
If you do nothing to be ashamed of, don't be.
If you do nothing extreme, don't be afraid.
Drawing the nude as an artist, is natural.
No company in the world can fire you because you have a side gig as long as it doesn't interfere with the company.
