I can't think of any at the moment.
You do have Erik Werenskiold, who illustrated the Sagas when they were released to a "modern" Norwegian audience in the late 1800s, but his style is looser and simpler, and is meant to emulate the look and feel of the viking age.
While he was a great illustrator, it pales in comparison to his skill as a painter.
