I consider my anatomy intermediate + I rarely draw the back so take my advice w/ some skepticism. Also I didn't pay any mind to the arm placement so ignore that

Keep in mind S-curves along the figure, it'll help make the body more natural. It also helps to learn some basic anatomy (pay attention to traps, deltoids, latissimus dorsi, and scapula). Parts of the body are rotated too much which make the pose more stiff, draw things at more natural angles. If I were you I'd angle the head slightly so you can see more of the bottom.

Once you're aware of the more basic anatomy it'll help you simplify things in a more natural way
