Pretty, but her eyes kill some of the effort you put in the rest of your picture. Other anons are going to bash me, but the problem is that you made a big-eyed anime girl with eyes that are very tiny on her face making it very awkward to look at, also, her right eye (on the left of the pic) looks squashed as fuck. Her mouth also got the same problem. For me, it seems like her face was a bit of an afterthought from your part.
