How can I paint like this? Is there a name for this style or for some of the techniques that go into making something like this? Its very loose but everything still has form. Nothing seems like it has a hard edge or boundry yet everything has clear structure. I really like this a lot but I can't tell exactly what I'm looking at. For those of you with trained eyes, what goes into a style or portrayal like this? Its very fluid and soft, almost like everything is melting into place, but it isn't chaotic or lazy looking either.

The meme usually refers to work that is well rendered but has a major flaw from the basic. Either broken anatomy, or stiff posing, or in case of Op's pic, it's shading with a single tone of grey.
