Might be a good thing in the end. People who have a consumerist relationship to art will adopt AI, ruin their own creative drive, quit and get filtered out of the art community. Only people who love art will remain.
The worst problem is how this will affect aspiring artists. All young people who got into art did so because they wanted to visualize an idea they had. Relying on AI to do this they probably will not get motivated to pick up a pencil in the first place and learning the craft. I think the current generation of competent artists will be the last.
