I've done a lot of 10-20 minute figure drawings over the past couple years. I usually use Croquis Cafe or New Masters Academy models but random stuff from Pinterest is fine. Sometimes studying old masters like this Reubens ecorche feels valuable as well but I don't do it often. Loomis for measurement/proportional strategies (which are among my bigger weaknesses) and Hogarth for...I don't know man I just like that guy.

I'm a big proponent of following the Dynamic Sketching course (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eaif0PpNMas)) and performing the recommended exercises over and over again (perhaps substituting expensive Staedtler pens for a mechanical pencil). If you're a beginner it will drastically improve your line confidence and will translate very well to digital.
