What I like about this is that people will often look at this and get discouraged because it took him “seven years” to get where he is now, but it really only took him one year to become decent, and two and three years to make actually really aesthetic and neat stuff from imagination. Getting to a place where you’ve definitely improved doesn’t take seven years.
But as Tableguy points out, his journey isn’t over; now he’s going to focus on other areas he’s lacking in like backgrounds.
Too many people on here treat “gmi” like an endpoint of masterhood, but really it’s a term referring to making a career.
Practicing and making art actually never ends.
