It's relevant because I was born as a woman but my "parents" chose for me to be a guy.

Was born intersex. I have a penis and testicles, as well as ovaries and uterus. I use to have a partial lady bit but no cervix connecting. My lady bits aren't working, but they still produce female hormones.

I have a scar on my bits from the surgery as an infant.

Thing is, those lady hormones? They really fucked up my ability to handle stressful situations and emotional balance. Basically, I'm a woman. I have a female brain and all the same chemicals that make up that brain.

But I look like a man outwardly with a female brain. It's why I'm getting surgeries. I already look very feminine because of how I was born but not enough to look like a lady.

So yes, I was born upside down, the wrong way around. That's what Bowie is saying. "WE were born
