Some thoughts:
There are many ways to indicate something being larger than something else, pic related.

What moment in the story is this? Is it a meeting? Seathe is equal to Gwyn /his subordinate. Have you tried thumbnailing with maybe just seathe's head in the frame? Your current placement of things imply that seathe > gwyn.

There's not really much excitement going on - if you aren't initiated in the game you'd simply see 'man holds fire in front of dragon, dragon points at fire!'

Seathe's face could be at the place where his hand is, then it'd be more of a tempting offer. Gwyns gesture suggests that he's looking straight, not up at the beast.


If they're out in the open enough that we can see snow, why is the cliff there (to the right)
