Will he finally learn anime now that the 100 heads challenge is done?
Now he wants to get away from doing one-to-one copies and instead focus on taking a real life reference and drawing it in an anime style or a semi-realistic style, because in anime proportions can differ from style to style and so it's hard to get a consistent feel for how things should look. He thinks he could better do that by finding his own way and style.
