There are still loads of artists that still work traditionally and finish up digitally. Your work reminded me of Ken Taylor (pic related), in that you both have a lot of high-detail work using simple colors and lot of movement, often juxtaposed next to large, flat empty shapes. He also has a similar method to you (work traditionally and finish digitally), with the main difference being that he mostly uses pens while you use charcoal + graphite. I think incorporating some pens into your work can help give it some of the nice clean sharp edges that might benefit your detail work.

Definitely worth checking that guy out for inspiration!
