Isn't it a pretty common BJD (balljoint doll) from Aliexpress or Ebay? They aren't so cute as >>6185810 but should be usable for posing too.

I can do it myself (I like to work with 3D CAD's, 3D print, sewing etc much more than draw) but I don't know how to do cute hair. Also painting the eyes is a tricky part. I'm already tried to model and print cute face and it isn't very hard. But I'm little ashamed to mess with dolls b'cause I'm not a girl. Drawing looks more safe way to satisfy my need in cuteness.
