i used to adraw like 1 on paper but with my elbow as support and never ever had asingle pain in any part of my back, after i got a tablet i couldn't support on my elbow since i needed the fingers on my tablet buttons, my i would tired and my spine woul become like the redline i would switch between those throught the day, after 6 months my lower back was killing me all day even after resting on my bed, i tried a better posture like 2 but the pain is still there not as bad but still 24/7, funny thing is that i gamed like 2 for years and never ever had a single problem
