Is there anything you can draw with a tablet that you CANNOT draw with traditional methods?

How do you "draw all the time"? I always hear advice to always be drawing and carry a sketchbook with you always and draw whenever you have a chance, etc etc.

I'm trying to apply this advice and I duly carry my sketchbook everywhere, but I seldom actually draw with it. I have, like, drawer's block or something. The problem is that I simply have no idea what to draw.

When people say "draw all the time", when are they actually drawing? When waiting for the bus? While on the toilet? During lunch hour? I'm very curious. I often see examples by people who clearly sit in a park or on some city square and sketch for some obviously not-super-short amount of time, and I don't really have the leeway in my daily grind schedule to go to such places.

What should I draw? Should I observe and draw? Draw from imagination? How can I best use the time to learn? How can I best fill in cracks in my schedule with drawing time? Are little 5 minute bursts here and there enough time?

What is the secret to refining bad work into a good piece? There's a limit to how many times I can restate the line before I'm left with nothing but unintelligible squiggles

Is being an artist with ADHD possible? I find it impossible to sit still and concentrate long enough to finish a drawing. I'm the kind of person who pauses 30 times to check 4chan during a 20 minute episode of anime

Should I just start drawing even if my art sucks, or should I wait and study until I'm good enough to draw properly? One of my biggest fears is making it as an artist and then someone digging up all my old trash work and shaming me with it

Be honest with me, are there some people who just cant into art no matter how hard they try? Even if they learn to fake it they never really understand the artistic method

Is it better to be extremely good at drawing one specific thing (ie good at anatomy but terrible at architecture) or average at drawing everything?

Why doesn't looking at art help one improve?

I hate the process of drawing, it's like rolling dice. Sometimes my drawings turn out good, other times they are shit beyond words. I can't find any pattern to it.
