/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

Tried animating in drawpile with a friend, here's what I managed to shit out. Anatomy aside, I find it difficult to go from pose to pose (but straight ahead would probably be more difficult to work with when making a loop). I gave up trying to make this seamless but I want to get better, really want to learn to animate frame by frame like a bunch of old movies and cartoons I used to watch.

Can you recommend a resource or something like that, or tell me what I can focus on to get better?
