What';s your goal, daddies?

Asking because I've been kind of aimless and hearing what you guys have planned might spark some ideas.

Hobbyist or student how do you guys plan your schedule for art?
not as how much you much spend on, but as an efficient formula to get better.
For example I am trying to anatomy and perspective at the moment right now. Both are large chunk of information and I need to absorb them bit by bit. So I learn the overall anatomy first then divide out the anatomy learning process in 6 weeks. each 2 weeks for upper body then 2 weeks for lower half etc.

On week days, I will try to practice drawing anatomy atleast 2 hours, 2 hours on perspective, and another 2 hours of free draw. On the weekend I will a comprehensive exam, and do a drill draw without reference.
Does this sound reasonable? if you guys have any better suggestions please feel free to advise or discuss.
