Uhh... Just because someone is better than you, it doesn't mean that the person is at professional level yet or above common sense feedback. I don't care if it looks "good" to you. Yes nobody except dildos like me and clients that this guy might be getting if he leveled up his painting skills. Now I don't know if this guy is looking for work but if he is, you can be damned sure that any professional art director or lead artist at a videogame/concept art/illustration-establishment would see all the same mistakes I saw and ask him politely to go study the very things I pointed out. This is not about being mean. Just seeing things for what they are.

Tl;dr: You're probably too much of a beginner to even be evaluating digital art in this thread. Dunning-Kruger much? Stick to /beg/ or simply stfu when others are giving feedback.

Another thing. Why the fuck do you constantly need to tell people that you're black? Nobody fucking cares unless you make it into a number. Do you wake up in the morning and think "Oh boy! It sure is a great day to be black" because I fucking don't. I don't care if I'm blue or yellow and generally most people don't care either. Of course you're going to get made fun of on fucking 4chan if you tell people that you're fat/short/brown/female/Asian/what ever but if you would just shut the fuck up, post your work, take the critique like everybody else here you'd never have any issues.

Like I said before I don't think that overpaints need to look like finalized versions of what you think the original artist should do to their images. Just illustrate the points you're talking about and get out. That's how I think of it. People need to figure shit out themselves.

I've seen this shit too much up here where somebody's talking about a specific problem with a piece without going into great detail with their fixes and some random asshole's like "Her eyes look weird nao :((" when the person doing the overpainting was talking about a completely separate subject like the composition or pose. Usually it's not even the original poster of an image who gets triggered but some random dickhead who doesn't have anything else to contribute to the conversation...

I'm not even talking about my overpainting/instructions in particular. Maybe it was really bad or maybe my points didn't come across clearly.

Anyways what do you guys think about this stuff?

Nahh, that's fucking stupid. If you're in good shape, over 5'8 and dress well you don't need a ton of money to find chicks. A healthy sense of humor and (even fake) self confidence helps a ton too. I wouldn't want to get with a chick just because she likes what's on my account. I'm fucking broke but even if I was rich it'd just feel shit to know that the person you're fucking isn't really even physically/mentally attracted to you. Might as well get a prostitute at that point.
