So we've all heard the horror stories from the culture surrounding low tier college and for-profit art schools (weeaboos in cat ears roaming the halls, 'performance art', etc etc.)

How about the heavy hitter schools, though? Art Center, Sheridan, RISD, Calarts, off the top of my head. If any moneybag's gone there or heard tales from those who have, I'd be interested in knowing if there's major differences between their environments.

I've heard Art Center really piles the work on you right off, but I don't know much about the others.
