The posted tutorials are of varying insight and quality. If you want a short anatomical breakdown look up the hands chapter in Hampton's Design And Invention. If you want to go deeper into the subject, read Loomi's book on How To Draw The Face And Hands. For a more anatomical approach look into Bridgman's A Hundred Hands.
