whats a good lamp/light to get for traditional/digital art? my room is pretty dark so ive been needing one. preferably under 50 bucks.

been doing traditional art for 4 years. ready to get a tablet. im stuck between Gaomon M106K and Huion New 1060 Plus. which is a better tablet? ill be using clip studio paint pro btw

i fell into the habit of this, kept going fast. sure i improved fundies pretty rapidly but trying to make a "finished" piece, or clean linework was a mess. placing each line with purpose seemed hard and tedious to the point i wanted to move on to another piece of paper. its pretty hard to force myself to clean the linework, but im attempting to work on it. sycra really saved me before this habit got any worse. heed his advice, just because his style is different doesnt mean he doesnt have a lot to teach you (blogpost over)

help a beginner of digital painting, if you will. what do you guys prefer, artrage 5 or manga studio 5 (aka clip studio paint)? pros and cons of each? im looking for a painterly feel, and my art is stylized so im not exactly aiming for super realistic coloring, if that helps.

What's the best 2mm lead holder? I've been looking for one.
