/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

I posted this drawing in sketch form a few weeks back and I finally got around to trying to finish it but something about it is still bothering me and I'm not really sure what it is.

Does anyone here see any issue with this? I think it's her face that's bugging me or maybe the whole thing just isn't worth finishing
