realistic paint studio is pretty good for it, loaded up one of their examples and blended a bit so you can see what you're getting. In the plus side it only costs 20 bucks but they are very limited when it comes to what you do in this program, it mostly focuses on painting the traditional way and you should see if you can even run it because it's a bit gpu intensive
