yes, and europeans have really sharp features compared to asians. you only don't realize this because you've been seeing western faces your entire life.
why do you think they always draw strong lines for the noses when they actually want it to be an foreign character?

it's like with smiley faces: you can imagine any face you want behind the smiley. the american living in the west can see his friends, family and neighbors in the smiley, and the japanese living in japan will do the same. but the smiley itself isn't any race in particular.
