its a cool picture but what about it does strike you as particularly creative? Its a dutch angle of a woman ironing clothes while talking on the phone. minus the dutch angle, the gesture alone is probably fairly common in sitcoms and movies and the like. kobeni is also being lit up by the sun from the back, which artists often do to draw attention and make more striking certain objects in pictures at the risk of reduced clarity.
this artist's drawings stick out to you because his combination of closeups, nicely objects, mundane everyday situations, emotive facial expressions and moderate eroticism are able to appeal to you on a more personal level.
it was his solid execution and integration of a broad number of aspects that made you think "wow I like this!" . and i agree with you I like it very much too but nothing about this particularly strikes me as profound or creative, and especially something that required a "trick" to achieve
